So let’s say you need 2 dozen cookies for an event on Saturday. And there’s nothing going on Tuesday night so you bake them then. With an extra batch (another 2 dozen) because you know some will be eaten on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Guess what I’ be doing tonight?

That is one reason I do not bake in advance (or at all, really)! ;) Hope you did not have to stay up too late baking.
